We are pleased that the Comfort Suites Evergreen has been chosen as the lodging preference for the Delmonico-McKinnon wedding group.   To facilitate your reservation, please note the following guidelines that will assist you in streamlining your reservation within the group block.

The group will be cut off at midnight on December 24th, 2024. To obtain guaranteed availability and the group rate, please make your reservation no later than 11:59pm on 12/23/2024.

You must call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for “Reservations”.  Please tell reservations that you wish to make a reservation for the Delmonico-McKinnon wedding group.

Please note that the check-in time is 3:00 pm.  It is difficult for the hotel to accommodate early check-ins so please plan accordingly.   An early check-in fee may apply if check-in is needed prior to 3:00 p.m.  Please consider arriving the day before if necessary for your planning.

The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for a one- night room and tax 3-7 days prior to the date of your arrival. If there is a problem processing your card, the hotel will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email, allowing you 24-48 hours to contact us with a valid credit card.  If we do not hear from you by the specified deadline, your reservation will be cancelled as “non-guaranteed” and may be reinstated based solely on availability.

If you are unable to keep your reservation, or if you have a change of arrival or departure date, you must contact the hotel to cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a late cancellation penalty of one night room/tax.
